Selection Process for RBI Grade B

The selection process consists of three phases:​

  1. Phase I (Preliminary Exam): Objective-type questions covering General Awareness, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability.​
  2. Phase II (Main Exam): Includes papers on Economic and Social Issues, English (Writing Skills), and Finance and Management.​
  3. Interview: Candidates shortlisted from Phase II will be called for an interview.
